Those Daring Young Men And Their Flying Machine!
Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts
110 W Finney Avenue,
Suffolk, VA 23434

A Musical Play to Inspire You to Achieve Your Dreams Against Impossible Odds.

On Friday, December 2, at 12pm, The Wright Brothers musical will be performing at the Suffolk Center for Cultural arts, located in downtown Suffolk at 110 W. Finney Ave.

Sponsored by Southeast Virginia Community Foundation

A Musical Tale of how the world only dreamed of flight, until two brothers came up with a crazy idea. In Dayton, Ohio, 1899, the Wright Brothers drew inspirations from the mechanics of bicycles. Wilbur’s girlfriend was not happy with Wilbur as he was spending more time with his inventions rather than her. She was feared also for Wilbur’s safety as she learned the main pioneer of flight had crashed. This news only boosted his ambitions, as the Wright Brothers were now the only inventors working towards flight. The Wright Brothers worked all spring and summer to then return to Kitty Hawk, N.C. to be the first in flight!
